Requesting Days Off
Requesting days off is an easy process with the MTS online scheduling system. Members can use the online interface to request and track the status of individual days requested off.
Administrators get notified of the requests and can approve/deny any individual day all in one easy to use interface that shows other requests for the same day as well as the possible impact of staffing needs.
As updates are posted, employees get notified via e-mail as well as with visual cues in their personal work schedule view.
Licensure/Certification Tracking
Track your employee licenses and certifications online. Optionally, allow employees to keep track of their own certs and require the attachment of an image.
Pro-active notices go out at pre-defined intervals to notify the employee as well as management about upcoming expiration dates.
