Scheduling and Event Calendar

With the online schedule application, employees will have access to their work schedule from home, a cybercafe or anywhere they have access to the internet.

A convenient "My Schedule" shows each member their personal schedule while the tabs allow viewing of each group.

Employees can be shown even when they are not considered staffing such as while in training (shown with a gray background in the picture).

Employees can request days off and even sign up for on-call using the online calendar.

 

Group Scheduling

Using the powerful scheduling system, you can work on a schedule for an entire group with one easy to use screen.

Choose the time frame you want to work with along with the group, then take as long as you want to edit the work schedule. All changes are kept private until explicitly, "posted" to the main calendar.

Days that employees have requested off are highlighted in red with any comments associated with the request available with a simple click

Get rid of all those e-mails and forms requesting days off with this intuitive interface. Employees gain the benefit of scheduling functions while not physically at work.

 

Events Calendar

Notify your members of upcoming meetings and other important items on the event calendar.

View details simply by hovering your mouse over the event as shown in the picture.

All public events are shown on the home page of the intranet letting everyone know what is coming up.

 

Have members in different time zones? No problem, the calendar system automatically adjusts times to the member's local time zone.

Members can have their own private calendar with events only they can see.

Convenience Members are able to view their schedule as well as others that are working online from the convenience of their home, a cybercafe, airport or anywhere there is internet access.
Scheduling Managers can schedule employees using the powerful online scheduling interface. Includes the ability to request days off - never worry about scanning through old e-mails and forms to check requests again!
On-Call Have an on-call system in place now that you would like your employees to sign-up for online? No problem, use the online call system to enter and track members on call for a given time period.
Events Keep everyone informed about upcoming events.
Personal Calendar All members have access to a personal calendar that is shown only to them. Use this area to track meetings, appointments, haircuts, etc.
Global Access Members are shown the correct time of events based on their local time zone.
